It's a Monday morning, but there are no blues to be found here. Monday's are Paty and Grace's collaboration days, which means the day begins with a Zoom call, in which they catch up on the weekend: for Paty, this usually involves a new outdoor adventure with her family. For Grace, this usually involves a culinary mishap. Then, it's time for the "work" to begin. We share ideas for new products, people we think might make for great partners, and how we can generally keep doing what we do, better. We make a list of things we want to achieve for the week and check in on our capacity - both of us aware of the other's work and family commitments. Once the call is over, we get to tackling the day's activities: wrapping and sending orders, checking in with our makers and partners via WhatsApp (an essential tool for us), adding to our growing collection of products and resources, and on really good days, getting new samples, stock and ideas in!
